The foreign police registration has a three working day window. Missing it is a fine of up to 3 000 CZK and an awkward start to your stay. We book the slot and go with you, but the clock starts the moment you land.

Your transcript arrived, thank you. I am sending both documents to the sworn translator today.

You, 18 Sep, 14:02

Great. Do I need to send the original by post as well?

Dilara, coordinator, 18 Sep, 14:31

Not for the translation. The original goes to the authority with the application, we will collect it when you come to the office.

Dilara, coordinator, 15 Sep, 16:40

Here is your accommodation confirmation for the visa file. Keep the original, the embassy wants to see it.

Nostrification is filed. Next thing on your side is proof of funds. A bank statement in your own name works, it needs to cover 2 490 CZK per month.

Every message sits next to the document it is about, so nothing is lost when a coordinator is on holiday or a student changes phone number.

This is the coordinator view, not the student one. The same data turned around: instead of one student and twelve documents, it is every student and the one thing blocking each of them, sorted by how little time is left.

Students by what is blocking them
